Norm is a great young guy - about 10 pounds.  He was found running alone through the streets of downtown. He is super friendly and fun - great with other dogs and and very social with people too. He is very cuddly - house trained and really easy to walk. He loves his toys and we love his huge ears. He  would love a forever home. Norm is neutered, and up to date on all vaccines.
